Entirely possible, but I have never seen another one and I have plenty of wheels. Strangely, three of these were on the truck underneath the full wheel covers and they are the same diameter, (15") offset and width as the standard steel wheels. 4th wheel was a standard one, also under a full wheel cover. Really hoping to find some sort of OEM number or reference for them.
Little more info because it's not easy to see on the pic. There is a Ford logo stamped in the center along with "95" and "D" and "4" on the pads between the lugnuts.
Those are the spares for a 92-96 F-150. They were silver from the factory so someone probably painted yours black (makes the rim less visible underneath the hubcap).
Well, checked a long forgotten 92 F150 out in the field of dreams and sure enough, found 1 rim on it as I needed. Likely had been the spare at one time, but like Brad says, these were the base wheels in 92 to 96. All of mine do not appear to have been repainted and are the original black.
