Body swap

Is it possible that a 2008 f350 crew cab fit on a 2002 f350 frame?

Are they both crew cabs? Both the same wheel base?

I know the boxes are the same, the cabs should have the same body mounts. As far as wiring and all that... I'm sure none of it will be a direct swap

The 08 cab will physically bolt to the frame. You are going to have to modify the firewall to accept the 02 pcm mount...where it sticks through the firewall. Then you will have to put the entire 02 dash in the 08....all the wiring form the 02 needs to go in to the 08 cab.....all of it.

The cab didn't change much from '99-10, maybe further than that, I'm not sure. I do know the difference between an '03 and an '08 was primarily the front clip.
