Body swap
I have two identical trucks 1994 f150xl reg reg short box both have the same 300 straight six and the only difference is mine is 4x4 other is 2wd but have a rusty body and the other is basically mint how easy is a body swap how long would it take any help would be cool haha

It shouldn't be too hard assuming you have access to a decent way to lift the cab. It could be done in a weekend I'd say with a buddy or two to help.
Since they're the same year and drivetrain you shouldn't have to mess with too much wiring, just unhook everything, swap cabs and plug it all in like it was.
Only thing I could see might be an issue is the light for 4x4 on the dash. Not sure if that goes through the PCM or not, is so, just swap the PCM.
