04 F250 5.4l has code PO455. I replaced the fuel cap and today I pulled the purge vale. Question is I blow in 1 port air goes through then blow the other way and nothing. Was told to put power to it and see if it clicks using a power probe. nothing happens but it acts like it is a dead short. Can anyone help and tell me what you think about the valve and what to do next? Thank you
