South east side of Houston, ok if u what the stock but brighter look then the ones the replace the bulb in the socket is the way to go. now if u want to just slap some on the bumper then the others now if u want what u could do is yes use both and use the big round ones as turn signals and brake lights the stock lights just be there :-/

The 2057 is just an 1157 but a bit brighter. If the led tailights have less draw I wonder why they would make the turn signals blink faster. That would indicate more draw.
Also on headlights, I have been running halogens for years on my 72 with no problem. Now you can replace your big round headlights with lexan ones that use the newer style replacement bulbs. But if I see a vintage 67-72 pickup with those goofy headlights that look all purple and green I may have to report you to the fashion police for extremely poor taste.lol
