We didnt do any machining on the heads or intake, they were fine looking to me, so just a good *** clean and new gaskets. Im just confused why it started 3 weeks ago and not now. If the answer is extreme it is what it is, and ill rebuild the thing into a 400.

You might check the voltage to your coil . wear spark might be the problem . an ECM can fail at any time for no reason. I'd swap the old one back just to eliminate that possibility.

Figure out for sure what the liquid is that will make it a lot easier to diagnose.
Also, cant swap in the old ECM, tossed that sucker when I got the new one. All the goo/insulation stuff had already melted and ran down the fender so I figured there was no use in keeping it.
