Water pump crapping out!🤨

Well seems it’s my water making all noise , replaced the idler and tensioner pulleys , anything I should do while I’m in there!

Coolant refresh/change?

Exhaust back pressure sensor and tube OK?

Fan clutch functioning?

Fan free of cracks and damage?

Use a piece of cardboard or wood behind the radiator to protect it if the fan falls forward.

Other than that, get'r'dun...

I did mine a couple weeks ago, and I went for the oil cooler rebuild as well. You'll already have it halfway off doing the pump so it makes sense if it hasn't already been done. I think it only added an hour to the job.

bp sensor has been bad all along, keep forgetting to get a new one, cleared the tube out , will look at it again
