My batteries went down a week ago. Since then, when I start my truck, there’s a blank screen that covers a portion of my display. I can touch the main screen as you can see in the attached vid., but I don’t know what to do to stop that. Advice?
You might have already done this but if not, I would start with a reset by holding down the power button and the “forward” button (immediately to the right of the Media button). Hold them down until the screen goes dark and then release.

pdose, I had seen a video of that yesterday, and gave it a try. Didn’t fix it. Might have to do a master reset, but that will be a last resort. Thanks for the quick response.
This is from my 2020 owners manual. I suggest to unplug all cell phones from the truck while doing the reset.
Resetting the System
1. Simultaneously press and hold the seek up and the audio unit power buttons until the screen goes black.
2. Wait three minutes to allow the system to complete the reset.
3. Press the audio unit power button to switch the system on.
Note: You can reset the system to restore functionality that has stopped working. The
system reset is designed to restore functionality and not delete any data that you have stored.

thanks for checking and responding with that advice. That’s the procedure I tried yesterday. I still get that shadow. Again, thank so much for trying.
