transmission studder?
We were towing a 5000lb trailer with the old f150 (2wd, e4od, 4.2l) and after getting off the highway, the truck started shaking at the stop sign, it did this a minute later when we got into the gas station. The motor didn't feel different, so we're worried the clutch packs are starting to go bad.
As of right now, the truck runs and drives, but we've made other arrangements for towing.
Going forward, does this sound like a transmission problem?
