Electrical Power Loss
2005 F250 SD 6.0L Driving down the road and my engine fail safe light will come on and every 3 second the truck will jerk slightly. I will have a hesitation of power at a dead stop. The my interior/dash/radio lights will dim and radio will turn to slight static, followed by headlights and tail lights shutting off a few second later then all gauges will zero out and truck will stall a few seconds later. Truck will not start for up to an hour later. I just replaced alternator(135amp). I hooked a scanner to it last night with no current or stored codes. Any insight is appreciated

I would start by checking all electrical grounds. Batt posts( clean) and tight, then recrimp ground cable where it goes into cable- batt post end- then ground cable engine end ( tight and clean)
but only do one thing, then try it and see if it makes difference, so you know what was causing it. If it ends being ground cable to batt post end( common) I would replace cable, but solder cable/end before installing new.
even try engine running, ebrake on, reach in engine compartment and pull/wiggle ground cables/ wires and see if you can get engine/ electrics to act up. Again one at a time.
let us know what you find.
