This looks like a molded, custom vacuum line. Does anyone have a part number for it?

Backstory: My 2014 truck developed an intermittent whine that sounds like it's coming from between the transfer case and the front of the drive shaft. My long-time mechanic (and friend) thought it was transmission/transfer case related and steered me to his transmission guy, who checked it out and said that it may be a single clutch pack, but didn't sound right for a transmission issue.
My mechanic went back and found a couple of Service Bulletins that tied that kind of noise to a vacuum leak. Coupled with a drop in fuel mileage, that sounds right.
I opened the hood to do a routine fluid check, and the first thing I see is this:
