330md or 360

I recently got this engine that came from an early 60s grain truck, and I’m under the assumption that this engine isn’t original to the truck. It has a 105 on the front of the block and the casting number is D3TE. The casting number on the heads is D2TE AA. I’m not sure if this is a 330 md or a 360.

WAG but with dipstick in block and regular pickup manifold on 1 side and earlier manifold on other along with 105 and 75 casting numbers probably a regular 360 from a pickup, but it's been 45 years so who know without a tear down.

FT manifolds will have a center exhaust crossover. You can see the extra bolts in the exhaust manifold:
