e150 idling problem

I am planning on doing this in two days, parts i got are:
1. Timing set of 2 gears and a chain MELLING TIMING SET 3163SB https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/me...iming+set,5756
2. gasket set for timing cover FEL-TCS 45449 Timing Cover Gasket
for tools i have ratchets etc. and a puller for the harmonic balancer.
This should be enough right?
How hard is this from 1 to 10 on the pain in the butt scale ? I mean, ive done this with other cars, but i can imagine this is extra hard with a Van since everything is difficult to get to
Make sure you line up dot to dot on the timing set and it would be a good idea to set engine to TDC before you tear it down.
Make very sure your timing cover is not cracked and be sure to carefully torque it down to avoid cracking it. Make sure you line up the alignment dowels for the timing cover and use a skim coat of good RTV on both sides of all gaskets involved. (except oil pan "U").
You should add a quality water pump to your parts list as well.
Be careful not to strip the crank bolt threads too.
I wouldn't rule out vacuum leaks and other problems
