Hello,
I'm gathering parts for manual trans buildup with a stroker 460. I have been
navigating Ford part number listings but still have questions. So far, I have:
1.) aluminum bellhousing, cast number E7TA-7505-EA (not sure of PART number)
2.) clutch fork and pivot ball (can't find my notes with numbers)
3.) hydraulic slave cylinder
Now, what I still need is the "inspection cover" / "dust cover", not sure the official term.
I can't seem to find a part number for this piece, so I can do a proper search.
Any help or leads much appreciated !
Which manual trans do you have and what is the year? Maybe someone can help better. I think you may have to go to a salvage yard to get it but let's see what the experts say. Sandy
Go to the main page and select forums. Then select older, classic and antique trucks. Then select your year sub forum. It will be the second one from the top. You can also get the forums at the top of this page. Sandy
No, 2WD engine bellhousing cover.
There is a block spacer plate too, that is a pretty standard 460 piece I think, but,
I would buy that too just in case it's unique in some way. Wouldn't hurt to have it.
But the dust cover/inspection cover, that for sure I need.
