SYNC 3 PROBLEM
2018 super crew XLT 4wd 5.0 v8 18k miles.
Sync 3 ver. 3.0 build 18093, sync serial # VXA000F2
I've had no problem since new, but now when playing tracks from Soundcloud, it will stop in the middle of a track, and my android (Galaxy S10E) screen says "Not playable track cannot be streamed". I'm using Bluetooth as I've never been able to play Soundcloud through Android Auto as it doesn't recognize it, All was well until recently. I have done a reset on Sync 3 (held in FF> and radio power switch at the same time, and also rebooted my android phone). When away from the vehicle or truck is turned off, the phone plays the tracks as normal, so the issue isn't with the phone itself, or with Soundcloud. Phone is right next to the radio. Amazon Music does the same thing but with different error message something like "error, try again later".

When phone is plugged in I can only stream Amazon Music, but it works OK on that. I did delete the phone and re - paired it and uninstalled and reinstalled Soundcloud to no avail. Just tried it with my wife"s Galaxy S10e and it works fine. I guess the problem must be in my phone. I will take it to the repair shop Monday. Thanks for the reply.
