Remote start

Is there a way to put truck in remote start mode after putting in park? For example pull to gas station to get a coffee and want to leave running without keys in ignition but don’t want to shut off then remote start.

Only works on trucks with push button. Its called secure idle mode.

Have you tried with the Ford Pass app to see if it works?

I leave the keys in and use the keypad on the door, but it would be more secure with the keys in your pocket.

Y'all must live in a nicer place than me. Even if i carried both remotes, if i left the key in the ignition with it running, it'd be half way to Mexico before I got back out of the store.
