Drl ?

Quick question re: the DRL's (Canadian). Do they come on the minute the truck is started? Even w/ the parking brake engaged, mine come on. Dealer says that's normal, my manual says otherwise. I was under the impression they are to remain off unless I release the parking brake and will then remain on until it is either engaged again or the truck is shut down. Going in Friday to meet w/ their Customer Relations Manager over what I felt was inexusable reasons for not doing some warranty work. This issue is VERY minor compared to the other items we'll be discussing but I have enough proof on everything else. FWIW it is a '00 CC F350.

Mine do not come on when I start the truck, but if the headlights are set to "auto", the headlights come on right away. Like you said, the DRLs go on and off with the parking brake.
