Yeah, I'm referring to the Daytime Running Lights, (DRL).

So fellas,
Is there a quick way to determine if my '05 4x4, 6.0L PSD, Eddie Bauer Excursion was OE-equipped with them?
I see that the switch indicates from L to R: the Autolamp feature, Off, Parking lights, Headlights, and then pull-out for fog lights....but how do know if it should have DRL lights or not?
If so, how do I turn them on/off?
Last week, I thought the switch turned to the far left was for the DRL, but now I'm thinking that is for the autolamp timer feature only....?

Only Canadian trucks had the feature of DRL as its required by law there.

Thanks for the quick reply and clearing up my confusion about the DRLs!

I guess I could drive it with the light switch turned to the "Park lights" and pull out the fog lights as a suitable substitute for DRLs.

Turn the switch to "Auto" and cover the sensor on the dash, you now have DRL!
