Locking hub snap ring won’t go on

The premiums are great hubs , hopefully your axle will pull out far enough for them.
if it won't it pretty much has to mean either your pocket bearing isn't seated properly or your inner wheel bearing race isn't.

I got the hubs from a local Napa they were about 160. They were about 30 more than Amazon but it’s locally owned so I didn’t feel so bad about it. They went in really easy and I figured out the issue the groove in the axle is for the thin hubs so later on I may buy a stub shaft that has a c clip notch further out so I can use Ford hubs.

Don’t know if the new hub fixed the snap ring issue but I had the same problem a few days ago. The snap ring groove on the axle was just a bit short of being exposed. I used a long screwdriver at the axle ujoint to move the axle outward a bit more.
