hit a puddle on my way to work this morning. Noticed after I turned the truck off that my blower motor stayed on along with the lights for the window switches, along with the headlight switch flickering, but when I went to get out there was a clicking sound coming from my fuse box under the dash but would stop with the door closed but the lights would stay on and my windows still have power. Noticed after slamming the door a few times and diddling with the key it stopped. But will still do this. I'm not the best with eletrical work so any advice is appreciated.
You have the model that has the GEM module with all those features in it. The fuse box is near it also. Usually we hear the same complaints when it rains, these trucks have windshield leak problems and water runs down the inside of the firewall and corrodes the circuits in the GEM and the fuse box. Never had a complaint after hitting a puddle, but it's awfully strange you have the same symptoms. I would pull them out and visually see if they have gotten wet back there. I think they are on the left side above the pedal area under the dash mounted to the firewall on your model.

UPDATE: it was the blinker relay that was making the noise, also have a coolant leak now seems to run down near the rear main seal but it looks to be running from above it
