HPOP going out?
I have a 95 7.3 f250. Totally stock, and I have replaced just about every sensor I can think of, yet it hasn’t solved my problem. The truck has a hard time staying started when cold, and when going down the road it will throw a ICP code and another that I cant remember. I have pretty much replaced the entire fuel system besides the HPOP, but I have heard that it’s rare for those to go out. Help please...

I believe to truly determine if it's going out you'll need to see what your IPR duty cycle is under normal driving conditions and more spirited tunes/driving. HPOP's get weak over time, especially when you factor in these trucks are 20+ years old.
Have you pulled your IPR and cleaned/resealed it? The seal kits are pretty cheap at 13 or so dollars.
