slipping clutch

HELP....I realize I am in the wrong bronco classification but I need some help on my '85 bronco 11 with a 2.8L V6 engine, 5 speed trans. I have just bought it and the seller said I needed to 'bleed' the clutch. It is 'slipping' really bad. It has been setting up for the last five years but only has 54000 miles. anyone with experience in this field please email me. Thanks much

I don't think bleeding the clutch will help slipping. If you were having problems with shifting or grinding gears maybe. Sounds like its time for a new clutch.
