clutch slipping

clutch slipping
my clutch has been slipping lately, i really need a new one, what would i have to do as far as a complete clutch job, flywheel, slave cylinder? and what would i have to do on a 96 300 M5OD?

You need a clutch kit, including the clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing. The flywheel will need to be resurfaced or replaced, and I'd recommend replacing the slave cylinder at the same time, although it's not necessary.
The procedure is detailed pretty well in a Haynes or Chilton's manual.
