Weird noise and feel between 40 to 55 mph

Its typical misfire especially at that speed . it shifts into high gear and starts lugging which shows up misfire shudders. Many guys have wrongly worked on their transmissions for these misfires . Going up a slight hill will also trigger this .
Bad plugs /bad boots, dirty cop connections ,connectors not locking on . Torque pro $5 dollar app +android phone +cheap amazon bluetooth reader under test results will give you per cyl raw computer counts going towards setting a misfire cel . Its under a mode six report on readers . so clean your cops contacts real well ,put new plugs and boots on . Solder in new connectors not locking on .
You can't really diagnose this engine until the ignition circuit is first class and clean .
