2003 Ford E150 van rear a/c blower missing medium speed

The rear a/c low and high fan speeds work fine but when I set the switch to medium, from either the dash switch or rear passenger switch, the fan goes off. Assume it’s a bad resistor. Anybody know where it’s located?

Its physically located on the blower motor & evaporator/heater core housing located left rear of the cargo area. Look here:

This might also be the dash board switch---more common than the resistor network failing especially if the rear fan is quite frequently running on the speed you've lost.

Thanks for the pic, something the service manual lacks. It just says to remove the side panels to get to it which requires removing the seats. Arrgh!

The connector at the resistor was loose. Pressed it back in and all speeds now work.
