Heater Blower Switch

I have a 1990 ford e-350 van, the heater fan switch only works in the high position? Anyone know what the problem is? Is it the switch or the motor? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like it is the blower resistor. The resistor is not used for high speed, only the lower speeds.

what was the end result of your blower fan and how did you end up fixing the problem? Thanks for your help.
