P0191 code Fuel rail pressure sensor circut range performance

I have 2015 6.7 powerstroke Today it had engine light for a couple hrs it went off but i still put a code reader on it after light came off and gave me P0191 code took it to autozone maybe my code reader was wrong gave same code ang suggestions where i need to start it runs good no lost of power yet i have 55k miles on already changed fuel pump water pump and radiator on it

Just curious. When was the last time the fuel filters were replaced?

I replaced it like every 14k miles

do you use OEM filters?

Yes motorcraft filters could a broken vacume hose do this its a dumb question but just trying to see where i can start before deciding to take it to dealership

no vacumn in the system. Pull those filters and have a look at them.

Will pull them and ima update in couple of days to see what i find out u reccomend diff filters

I would recommend oem filters only. As to whether they are bad or dirty..well then I would change them otherwise check them over for defects.
