I have a 2019 F350 Lariat Ultimate with 14k miles on it and something strange happened...
I went to go lock my truck and I noticed that the horn tone had changed. It sounds wimpy like a Prius or something, it was Not like this before. I wonder if one of the tones went out? It happens every time the horn is honked, not just when you lock the truck.
Has anyone else had this happen??
I have a call into the dealership to get it in for warranty work, but I was just curious if anyone else has had this happen. Thanks!
These trucks (like most other vehicles) is a dual tone horn. Sounds like you lost one of the tones/horns. To really get in and interact with the two horns requires removal of the grille. Probably best to add it to the list for your warranty work.

I kinda figured this would be the case. I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem before. That's why I have a warranty I guess. I'm going to check the connections as well this afternoon.
I hope your dealer covers that horn under warranty. Mine didn’t. It was very easy getting the grill off and replacing the unit (which is both horns, btw.)

Why wouldn't your dealership cover this? Shouldn't it be under the 3YR/36K bumper to bumper?
