Front end suspension

I am replacing the struts on the front end of my 2008 4WD with 200k miles on it. Thinking about doing ball joints and such too and was looking for opinions on getting polyurethane bushings and ball joints but using the stock control arms. Thoughts on that? Better to buy new control arms? I am wearing out the tires so I know I need new parts.

Upper ball joints are replaced with the A arms and come with bushings. I just bought new MC upper A arms when I replaced mine, didn't go with Poly bushings. Lowers, you can do just the balljoints, but you'll need a press to get the old ones out and you'll have to replace the bushings. I just bought complete MC lower A arms that had the bushings and new ball joints. Look in to your wheel bearing/hub and 4wd actuator and make sure they are good. You'll have to pull those out anyway to do the lower A arms so nows the chance to replace them if they are worn also.

I wouldn't use poly bushings if you live in a cold climate.
