Nicely curved, no kinks.

Guess I could remove it and fire it up to make sure it sprays oil everywhere

Oil flow is about the only thing I haven't tested
May pull the line off and let it blow into a container next day off

Any chance the turbine housing on this 363 is a 1.0 or larger, not the 0.91 or 0.84, so that it would not spool as much at lower RPM?

2003 F250 Forscan data

Been a member and have read TONS of valuable info here for my old 78. Last year i have been diving in trying to learn about the 7.3 i purchased. 2003 F250 7.3, 4R100, CCSW. I have taken a snapshot and hopefully all is good with forscan data if the Forscan/7.3 guys could take a look.

I see ICP running low (2000psi) as FUELPW climbs to 4ms - assuming you are running a tune here. You could run a lower HP tune and keep ICP up a bit for better power and efficiency.

Is this an empty run? How does it feel to you? If she runs well, you could keep running her this way, though if you haul or pull some weight, it would be good to reduce the tune or upgrade the HPOP and/or replace tired injectors.

How many miles on this beast?

Yea empty. Just trying it out. Feels good. Night and day from stock just with Hydra. She has 237k miles. No clue what was done to it if anything before i purchased it. I have only done S&B Dry intake and Hydra with stock/can tunes with Hybrid shift files. Here i was running 65hp performance tune with about 50-65% throttle. Everything appears stock. Curious as to when/if injectors were in need. Sure they are close at this mileage if stock. From all the reading I’ve been doing sure the Hpop is tired as well. I mainly use it to tow a 8k pound camper once a month. Main reason i bought it. Didnt want newer with all the sensors/problems/def. When i tow i use the 40hp tune with Hybrid shift.
Thanks for your time.

From your iPhone home screen, try swiping all the way to the right. Up at the top, there is an App library search - type in Settings. Or on that screen, find the Utilities group, and Settings should be in there. Scroll down until you find Forscan Lite. Click that, and the CSV settings are on that page.

Found it under settings, thanks! I didn't think to look there, might want to add that to the .pdf help file.

The PID Charting Tool instructions attachment in post #2 has been updated with v12-27-23 as of today and reflect some minor changes to setting up FORScan/FSL on Android, iOS and PC devices.

Big thanks BWST for keeping this up to date for the community.

Anyone know of a version of this for gas vehicles? Need to do some troubleshooting on a different Ford and pulling some data logs with ForScan might help.

Same version should work for Ford, Lincoln, Mazda gas vehicles - give it a try!

From Forscan.org:

Supported vehicles:
  • Ford, Lincoln, Mercury models of 1996 - 2023MY (some models of 1994-1995MY are also supported). Attention: Some 2023MY Ford models may not be indentified (we work on it). FORScan may support limited set of functions and configuration parameters for brand new 2021-2023MY models (we work on it). 2024MY Ford and Lincoln models are not supported!
  • Mazda models of 1996 - 2022MY up to 6G (inclusively). Attention: Mazda 7G models (new Mazda 3, CX-30, MX-30, CX-50 etc) are supported partially or not supported at all!
