Exclamation Ghost connection??

Having a strange issue with a 2019 F350.. truck is accumulating trailer miles as if there is a trailer connected when there isn't. On top of that when its connected to our gooseneck I can't get the trailer brake off.. just applies constant pressure whether your foot is on the brake or not. It's a fleet truck and the trailer works just fine on our 2018 F350 without issue. I have read some things that say the 2019 may have a fuse the 2018 does not have and that could be causing it to engage the brakes... *scratches head*

As far as truck accumulating miles, you have to go into the menu and select, no trailer for it to quit. Unhooking trailer is not good enough. One would think it is, but Ford had some other wild hair ideas.

As far as brake? I probably would start by deleting the trailer and starting over. I thought the missing fuse for some had to do with lights and 12 vdc line not working correctly.
