Rich's 71 now has a 76 Trail Wing Man

Sorry at this moment I have way to many numbers for axles, axle tubes, axle shafts, knuckles, u joints, ball joints, tie rod ends, drill sizes to do the TRO and the flip spacer. And the upcoming Buller Proof linkage swap over, I am totally overwhelmed.
I do know for sure that you do not want to use anything from a 75-76 (?) Highboy front axle that is low pinion, NO after market support at all, heck I can not even find a used OEM axle for the passenger side.

Well got the passenger side front axel shaft back in (still stripped on the very inner part). I believe it was a incorrect axle shaft that was replaced way earlier. It held up for a while, but I believe it is to short and only was engaged by 1/8". And it finally let go on our last trip out.
No worries really, I just need to keep some fluid in the diff. And speaking of that, when we pulled the passenger side axle we pulled the front diff cover. 100% sure something is shot/worn out or broke in there. The ring gear has radial and axial play. I am pretty sure the carrier bearings are shot.
After I got the rest of the outer put on, I took the 38.5's off and stuck some 33's on for the dead load, for the trailer trip to the wiring guy. And that way it is WAY shorter for him to work on under the hood and get/lean over the door bars. He is also rewiring the dash with the basics.

My "new best friend" is already finding and fixing issues with the Bronco. Like the fuel tank pick up tube had a split/crack, so no wonder it was having issues there. And he got the OEM looking tank /intank elec fuel pump to work. Always best to have the elec pump submerged IN the tank.
EFi wiring harness next.
