Well it looks like the son in law decided he wants/needs a 4 door Jeep Cherokee again. He has a wife and 2 kids and needs to be able to seat and secure a total of 4. The Bronco is a 2 seater (as in driver and passenger ONLY). The back end is narrowed and the back seat area has a fuel cell, radiator, trans cooler and elec fans and only room left over back there for a small cooler.

So I just bought it, it was at my place already, I have been working on it and I was driving when the front axle shaft broke. Still not 100% confirmed that is what broke, but pretty sure that is the problem. It is mine to fix now, I am going to get rid of that low pinion, hard to locate replacement axles, still has one leaf spring pad cast in the the pumpkin, 73-76 HB axle. Putting in a proper 78/79 full width F150 D44 axle. My 79 parts Bronco just volunteered to be a doner.

Let me get back in town and see what is actually broke on the front axle. It might be a passenger side front axle long shaft. I have a 79 Bronco full width D44 to put under it instead of that 3/4 axle they cobbed in there. The F250 axle still has the dvrs side leaf spring pad cast in to the center pumpkin. So that makes the front axle passenger side shift 3" to 4" when they put the Wild Horse T-rex radius arms on it. I am sure we can work out something.

It's long enough to put two full size trucks on it with just a little overhang on the rear, Two broncos fit real good. Always just pulled it with my 460. Trailer could use some better axles. It only was made to haul empty U-haul type trailers. That is what we were told anyway. but it doesn't have the center rail for the tongue stand???? Have a good weekend.

Most recent repairs due to some mouse chewing on a wire and he bite the oil pressure gauge line on half. I was making a fast lap on the back 40 and put about a qt of oil all over the motor. I repaired the wiring and put in a new copper op line.

The drier sheets not so much, but a bar of Irish Spring and the moth ball yes. Also Farnam Just One Bite, kills them, then supposedly dries them out, from the inside. https://www.justonebitebrand.com/all...ne-bite-ii-bar

they take a taste (it is said) and go out of the garage
lookin for water, thirsty. They do stooopid stuff after eating
too like walk slowly in plain view BUT it duz nor stop the wire chew.
The repellents we mention do, so a combo is best?

U Go Rich !

Started it, and drove it around the back 40 to keep the cob webs out the headers and the mice out the engine compartment.
