Have code po117

I replace all three sensors and still codes comes back I check voltage. One for the gauge 4.5. The one for comp 13.7. Cylinder head .2.6. So why it comes back and it's hardstrat in morring once started its runs damn good. I've change all sensors on motor and fuel pump. And upper and lower intake gaskets. Iam leaning towards a bad pcm

Code 117 says the CHT sensor >>circuit<< is open somewhere.
Let the rest alone.
What you replaced has no bearing on an open circuit.
The computer cannot read the CHT sensor value through an open circuit.
A harness or connector issue.
Good luck.

Marty, if you only have code 117, that's it. No other ifs and or buts.
That is why the code is set.
The system told you what was wrong.
If not, why would that code be set? or it would be useless.!
Good luck.

CHT sensor is under the intake on the right side facing the engine. You can get to it by removing the alternator and reaching in if you have small hands and a bent 3/4" wrench or a with 3/4 crows foot socket and swivel adapter. and unscrew it.
An open circuit could be the sensor is bad. You will have to read the oms across the sensor to see if it is open. (resistance) look in a book or online to see what the reading should be. Bluegrass gave you the answer to your problem.
