I’m still having issues with my 4r100 transmission, moves fine in reverse and when put in drive it does a slight lurch like it engaged but seems like it’s stuck in a higher gear I’m getting power to the shift pack I can’t find any damaged wires the fluid looked fine and there wasn’t a large amount of metal shavings in the pan there’s no grinding or anything when it’s put in gear and reverse works. Literally feels like it’s defaulted to 4th gear, O/D not flashing. I really need to get this truck back on the rod ASAP
Check for codes. I know you said the OD isn't flashing, but there could be codes.
When you say you haven't found any damaged wires did you check the wires electrically? If not, did you remove all of the insulation from each wire to see if there is a broken wire inside the insulation? My point here is that looking at the wires only finds the most obvious problems. Wires can get damaged to where they don't work but look fine.
All the wires ohm out good so i can’t see it being in the harness the shift pack is reading good numbers so I doubt it’s that. What else do I check? The only code I’m getting is for the trans range sensor but it’s a new code and I feel like it’s just from being unplugged
It could be bad shift solenoids. Try reading the resistance across the two shift solenoids, SS1 and SS2. No other solenoid can cause this issue, so you don't even need to look at those.

Can anybody see any visual issues with my pcm? I was hoping I’d pull it and see something burnt or maybe some corrosion but my untrained eyes can’t see anything. The case was wet when I pulled it out (windshield leaks) but didn’t seem wet on the inside. The only thing I could see was the bubbly look in the last photo but like I said I don’t know what I’m looking at 🤣
