I have a '93 1 ton 4x4 cab and chassis truck(460/5 speed) and recently replaced the steering box as it was leaking and getting stiff.
but now the truck every once and while will jerk the steering around, especially when you make a turn and you have to counter steer it.
It doesn't shake or anything.
I do also have a new drag link, outer tie rods, new pitman arm too. Just can't figure out what could be causing it.
I know the wheel bearings are good, king pins are not loose, and everything seems right underneath.
Maybe a bad steering box?
