Welcome to FTE. You posted the entire warranty plate, so stand by you may get the full decode. In the mean time, the VIN decodes, as far as I can decode via this site, to:

Built in Louisville KY in June '66 as a 1966. B700 = bus, you knew that. 4th digit is the engine code, which in this case is C for the FT 330 2v MD. The MD version of this engine uses the FE crank, oil pump and distributor size.
20500 GVWR, 164 net HP at 3800 RPM.
I don't have a way to decode transmission and axle codes, so as I said, stand by.
