34 truck
As far as a frame goes, the cabs from '32 to '34 are the same so more than likely the frames are the same. And a book I have implies that the '33-'34 frames are the same on the cars and trucks, if that is true all you would need to do with one of those is make new body mounts for the pickup.
www.macsautoparts.com has fenders, running boards, hoods, and all the bed parts you would need, new.
Trying to start a project like that sounds a little much. It can be alot easier starting with a complete truck than making one from scratch. But it can still be done.
So is this a closed cab you have? Or a roadster?
A good thing to start thinking about while you look for a frame is the type of power that you want for this pickup. You can put in a nice healthy flathead and get along just fine (nothing sounds like a flathead), but it may be more economical to find a 302 or something to toss in since te price of parts and availibility of the flatheads are getting high and scarce.
Swapping in a new engine is easier with automatics. And starting from scratch with a modern engine will make it easier for you to find a rear end to fit the thing since the origionals had the closed shaft while a modern one that would fit can be found at any local salvage yard.
I suggest getting the drive train figured out first and looking for a frame as top priority. But while your at it it wouldn't hurt to keep an eye out for anything else you might need.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

It is a closed cab. I realize second guessing someone eleses truck would be easier but every thing I found was
a mess and I would throw most of it away, so I hope buying it peace by pease I could get what I need. I live very close to TCI and will use one of there frames
