did you resolve this issue? My 2020 F350 Platinum does the same thing. 2 weeks old . App show fuel level and that stuff, but no option for remote start on app. Downloaded, deleted the truck many times and same thing.

I received my 450 ordered with no remote start and I can start it with ford pass. Glad I did not pay for that option.

50% of the time?? I have never had a problem with mine. Granted I don't use it a lot (especially in the last few months...stupid Covid crap!!). But anytime I have used it, it works just fine. I am using an iPhone.
