no zoom on backup camera

I recently bought a 2017 F350 XL. It has the tailgate camera and the small screen inside. When the Camera is on i can see the magnifying glass for zoom but when i press it nothing happens. Any suggestions for a fix?

Are you pushing the black button below the screen? The one on the far right.

I have an STX and upgraded to the factory big touch screen radio. After the upgrade my backup zoom doesn't work either. I also have the 3rd brake light box camera and it does zoom. I will screw around with it some more in Forescan and see if I can find a setting to change. Not sure it will help you but I am curious to hear if someone has a reply that diagnoses your problem.
Have you added anything to your truck where you had to make changes in with Forescan?
