Sometimes no start.
I have a 94 F250. 8 month old battery with clean terminals. Some times my truck will not start. No nothing. Nothing works. I' ve then jumped it and everything works fine. The only thing out of the ordinary is voltmeter reads between 10 to maybe 12 volts. Checking my battery Voltmeter reads 13.6 to 14.5 depending on rpm. Good current flow also. Ideas?

Hard to say but I had that same problem with mine a few years ago. I ended up replacing both the negative and positive cables and haven’t had the no start issue since. Check the connections at the block and the starter if you haven’t already.

The 10 to 12 volt numbers are low; most likely the battery is bad.
Stick a spare battery in if you have one to test it.
If the 8 month old battery is under warranty, take it back to get it tested and maybe get a new one
