2020KR350, I will be very interested on what they found out. I bought a new '17 350 diesel CCLB platinum new a couple years back. I've had some issues but none related to electrical, until about two months ago. Went to leave one morning and had no interior lights, so later that day I went to open sunshade it was inoperative. Little more checking and found the lumbar, massaging seats (both), and puddle lamps will not turn on with button (they do when you open the door). Unlike yours all camera configurations are working. I did check all the fuses and they were good, took apart the connections by the spare tire and they were dry. Cleaned those anyway and added dielectric grease, did not help with the problem. This all occurred at the same time at approx. 50K miles.
Very odd you are the only other person with this problem I've heard off.
Dropped my truck off at the local dealer today, got a call late this afternoon saying I could come and pick it up. They said that the overhead console was bad and that they had to order a new one. Not sure how the seats and light under the hood not working ties into the overhead console but I guess we will see in a couple of weeks when they get the new one.

Thanks. I didn't do anything though, OP's dealer seems to have figured it out and I was just trying to follow how the overhead console would be the culprit.
Field Effect Transistor (FET) Protection
The BCM utilizes an Field Effect Transistor (FET) protective circuit strategy for many of its outputs, for example, lamp output circuits. Output
loads (current level) are monitored for excessive current (typically short circuits) and are shut down (turns off the voltage or ground provided by
the module) when a fault event is detected.
So my guess is the overhead console was shorting out which resulted in the BCM FET shutting off circuit CLN09.
Well everything just started magically working last night. Stoped to get fuel when I got back in the truck still not working two minutes later when my daughter opened the right rear door the interior lights came on. Now it appears that all the issues I had are gone for now.

Nope, nope, nope. Get it replaced. It'll come back to haunt you.
