pitman arm

My pitman arm on my 75 bronco is stuck. I've tried gear pullers, bfh, and heat. Does anyone have any tricks on how to pull this thing off the steering box without destroying it?

we have a heavy duty gear puller here at work that takes them right off?

I've always used a 2 jaw puller to remove them. A special puller made specifically for pitman arms is also available. With a 1/2" impact, I've never had one not able to be removed. Even on the most rusted ones.
