Re installed Injectors

Currently installing new heads on my 6.0 after blown head gaskets. Replaced all O rings and crush washers when putting in new injectors. When I was done I had one crush washer left over.
Even though I new I put them all on I wanted to make sure so I removed the 4 injectors that I already installed and torqued to 28 ft lbs. Of course all the new washers were there. The package had one extra washer.
Anyway I re-torqued the hold downs. The heads are back on the truck but I haven’t Installed oil rails or valve covers yet. Question is am I good or should I replace the crush washer since it was already torqued once? Was thinking of just re torquing them to 30 lbs .
Thanks

IMO the copper washers are one-time use only.

I would not over torque them. You might distort the hold downs. Seems that I read that somewhere.
