Radiator height

I am starting to put my front sheet metal back on my '53 and my radiator just seems to be sitting really high. I didnt have a radiator when I first bought the truck so I didn't have anything to reference.
Looking at pictures online, I think I have it mounted on the core support correctly.

Any suggestions? I have my hood, but need to get a friend to help me place it on the truck.

I did the same thing after I installed my new radiator with the hood off. I thought they sent me the wrong radiator! The hood sits high and will cover even though it looks like it doesn't.
