Thanks! So I haven't kept up too much, did you ever do anything with your motor that had like 800k+ miles on it? I think I remember reading that one of the cylinders wasn't firing and it finally failed, but it went a long time! I'm debating sending off my original 7.3 that has low compression to get rebuilt, or trying to just hone and re sleeve it in my garage, but I haven't put time or money aside yet for that.

now you only have to worry about the runaway housing market in Arizona and the absence or rentals to live in while you shop for a home. or are in a bidding war to pay too much for a house.

Haha yeah... the housing market is pretty disgusting right now. We're probably going to be staying with my wives parents for a while until we can secure or build a house. We'll be making enough to get something, but we don't want to rush into getting an overpriced place, skipping inspections and paying over asking price for things to potentially crash. I don't mind paying a bit if it's a place we want to stay in for along time, but we're not going to rush buying a run down 400k house.
