IMO, most are in an area that will not be an issue. I would be concerned with those in the O-ring channel, as under compression in the installed position something like that has the potential to cut or ***** into the O-ring itself, which could initiate a split.
If I didn't want to send it back, I'd dress it with jewelers or small files after removing the O-ring.
When taking out my old engine's set of injectors I noticed a lot of gel at the bottom.
Is this normal?
Was that injector ever replaced? I wonder if the mechanic for whatever reason loaded it up with grease upon install? There's no reason for that. A little clean motor oil on the O-rings is all you need.

I am the 3rd owner. The person I bought it from said he had all 8 replaced and they are all remans so that much I can believe.
5 out of 8 injectors all had this jelly like material and had their seals intact. The other three, all on the drivers side, had their seals smashed and deformed with one injector (#6) with partially obstructed screens.
Drivers side bank Passenger side bank Looks legit /s I'm sure this didn't hurt anything /s
I'm so glad I chose to get a new long block instead of just studs, o-ring heads and new injectors. I found the remains of 4 zip ties in the oil pickup tube screen...
