Well I replaced all my speakers now I feel like I need better lows to fill it in. Curious how others have added a sub? I've got the 7 speaker system w/o Nav. Was wondering if I could fit one under the rear seat.
Under the seat or behind it, there are many options. I'd help ya out with some links, but I'm on my phone right now
I'm about to install one under my rear seat soon...
Well the behind the seat options I saw said that the seat had to be moved forward a few inches. That's not something I want to do so I'd like to find something under seat that's worthwhile. Searching "subwoofer" in this specific forum returned no results.

Back on a computer now...
I haven't heard of anyone having to move their seat forward, though I'm sure the manufacturers recommend it for full use of the rear seat function while using the sub. Most people say when lifting up the seat bottom, the back of the seat will touch, but in seating position, and with the back of the seat folded down, there is no clearance issue. It's a good idea to cut the rear carpet out around the box to get another inch or so of room though.

I put a JL micro sub that had 2 8" drivers behind the rear seat. The only catch was the seat now only lifts up about 80% vs normal all the way up. I am fine with it as I can get to anything under the seat no issue.
I would highly suggest MTI for behind the seat if you don't want to loose your under seat storage. If you don't mind loosing the storage under the seat, JL Audio's Steathbox is a winner for sure. But I wanted to retain it so I went MTI. You can go single or dual driver. I would recommend calling them before ordering as they always seem to have a promo code available for the asking. https://mtiacoustics.com/product/for...eat-enclosure/
I had a sub and and amp put behind the drivers side rear seat only to find out that after the install I could no longer raise the seat which is disappointing. How are people moving the seat up?
I put 2 x 10s behind the rear seats, had to build my own box, but I got a 1.1 cu ft box back there and can still lift up my seats. Perfect for my Infiniti subs that wanted .55 sealed space per sub.
