HELP
I have a 4 speed t-18 tranny from a 1978 f250 i’m putting in. i have the 94 flywheel in, but i’m struggling on what to do with my pressure plate and clutch. with the newer flywheel, the dowel alignment pins do not match up with the 1978 pressure plate. can i use a 94 pressure plate with a 78 clutch and that will still work with the 1978 transmission. or do i forget the dowel pins and use the 78 pp and clutch.

yes you can use the later pressure plate as long as the clutch is the same diam as what was in the 94 and the plate is the same depth (should be).
