7.3 help

My 1999 7.3 powerstroke shut off yesterday when driving and now won’t start. I have replaced the cps, ebs, and icp. All ford parts. I also replaced the ipr valve also ford part. The wait to start light comes on and goes out normal time, HPOP is 3/4 of the way full, I have fuel pressure and oil pressure. Also no fuses have been blown.

Do you have a way to read codes and/or do a buzz test on the injectors?

You have oil pressure? On the dash or High pressure oil? Are you looking at ICP

You need to know HPO to see if it will start also. Any codes? We can only guess, and you will be throwing parts at it without codes. Could be IDM also but do you want to keep spending money on parts? Also voltage while cranking?
